The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject customers in reasonable circumstances and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of customers. Customers should note that they may be refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of being (or appearing to be) underage (where relevant), abusive, threatening, drunken, declining to be searched, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or for any other anti-social behaviour. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances.

Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights. Phoebe Bridgers has partnered with PLUS1 so that £1 from every ticket sold goes to local organisations throughout the EU/UK working to support those impacted by sexual assault and violence. Yondr will be in use for this event. Device Policy Notice: Phones, cameras, or any devices with recording and filming capabilities are prohibited. This event will utilize secure pouches to store all devices during the performance. Upon arrival, all phones, smartwatches, and related accessories will be secured in these pouches. Pouches will be unlocked at the conclusion of the show. Any guest observed using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
