The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject customers in reasonable circumstances and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of customers. Customers should note that they may be refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of being (or appearing to be) underage (where relevant), abusive, threatening, drunken, declining to be searched, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or for any other anti-social behaviour. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 8 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled. All tickets to include £1 on FV. Split between Live Trust and Music Venue Trust. Level 3 is accessible by stairs only. Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights.
