Currently, accessible seating is not available in the balcony, and the balcony can only be accessed via stairs. All ticket holders are subject to bag checks and weapon screening. Items that Music Hall management determines may disturb or alarm visitors, vendors, or personnel are not permitted. Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, computer bags, coolers, and luggage of any kind. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Any allowed bags must be carried on one's person at all times; there is no bag storage space at the venue.
